Medieval Faire Vendors 2024

Food Vendors – Independent chefs who accept cash and credit.  Only festival drink tickets can only be used to buy water, soda, and beer.   

  1. Cauldron of Kernals – Kettle korn, spiced and glazed nuts, boiled peanuts, pork rinds, large dill pickles 
  2. Coffee Dawgz – Fresh lemonade, sweet tea, hot chocolate, hot and cold specialty coffees, shaved ice – cannot take festival drink tickets
  3. MO Smoke BBQ – 1) Pulled pork, pulled chicken, chopped brisket; baked beans, loaded fries
  4. MO Smoke BBQ – 2) Mac bowls (pork, chicken, brisket), Nachos (basic and loaded)
  5. MO Smoke BBQ – 3) Smoked turkey legs; beans, veggie ka-bobs
  6. Pol-bo-ro-nes, LLC – Variety of shortbread cookies, caramel apples
  7. Rising Appalachia – Loaded baked potatoes, gourmet potatoes; taco chili, chicken and sausage gumbo; sausage-peppers-onion skewers; grilled wraps 
  8. Send Raven Coffee and Baked goods – Cupcakes, brownies, lemon bars, liege waffles, apple cider, “buttered beer” (butterscotch soda) cannot take festival drink tickets

Festival Beverage Booths – Buy water, soda, or beer with exact change or festival beverage tickets.  Beverage tickets can be purchased online (credit), at the ticket house (cash or credit), and inside at the ticket hut (cash).  Tickets are sold in $1 increments.  No ATM onsite.

Our vision is to create a successful permanent site outdoor event facility as an economic engine based on arts, entertainment, and tourism for Harriman, Roane, County, and East Tennessee.

Our mission is to seek and train talent; and provide a venue for actors, musicians, and vendors to do what they love.

Our goal is to create the highest quality, live, outdoor entertainment experience for our patrons and participants.
