TN Medieval Faire 2022 - Vendor Form

Summary of Vending Application Process.

To be considered as a Craft, Game, or Food Vendor for the 7th annual Tennessee Medieval Faire (Oct 1-2, 8-9, 15-16, 2022, 11a-6p ET) located at 550 Fiske Rd, Harriman, TN, please download and review call letter, general guidelines, and participant rules of the realm.  All items should fit and support the Middle Ages theme (500-1500’s).

The deadline to apply is August 13 2022, but vendors will be considered in open categories until full.  Feel free to call before applying (c: 865-466-1902).  Preference will be given to vendors who can vend on all show days.  Payment and signed paperwork are due after approval (April 27, 2022).  Late payment is subject to an additional fee of $50.  Returned check fee is $25.

Please list your website or social media link on this application OR email representative pictures of your work (and a photo of yourself and booth in themed decor, if available) to to be juried.  We urge one vendor (with 1-2 assistants) per booth with 1-2 related media / categories.  We will let you know as soon as possible whether or not your work–and which items–have been accepted.

A 12’ of craft tent frontage without electricity is $40/day * 6 = $240 if paying by check, cash or money order ($41.50/day * 6 = $249 if paying by credit).  For 12′ of food sales frontage with electricity is $80/day * 6 = $480 if paying by cash, check, or money order ($83/day * 6 = $498 if paying by credit).  If you have a food truck or game, please email/call to discuss spacing and rates.

Approved food vendors cooking onsite (plus games or crafts with fire or metal weapons) are required to provide a certificate of general liability insurance ($1 mm per occurrence and $2 mm aggregate) with Darkhorse Entertainment, LLC, 150 Culton Ln, Kingston, TN 37763 listed as additionally insured.

All approved food vendors are required to provide a copy OR purchase Health Permits ($30/weekend  online in advance). Food vendors will be inspected on Saturday mornings on show days by County Health Inspector, Preston Woody.  865-354-1220 x109,
